Lead AI/ML and Generative AI Specialist

Job Overview:

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:

  • • Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

  • • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Technical Skills:

  • • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.

  • • Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

  • Cloud Technology:

  • • Azure, GCP, AWS.

  • Domain Knowledge:

  • • Expertise in the insurance domain, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

  • Analytical and Communication Skills:

  • • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.

  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Project Management:

  • • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale AI/ML projects from conception to deployment.

  • Innovation:

  • • Proven track record of driving innovation and staying abreast of emerging technologies in AI/ML and generative AI.
