As a seasoned AI/ML Professional, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our organization's strategic initiatives. We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions tailored for the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a dynamic team of data scientists and engineers, fostering collaboration and driving high-performance results.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive AI/ML strategies aligned with business objectives.
  3. Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI and machine learning models to solve complex problems in underwriting, claims processing, and customer service.
  4. Explore and implement generative AI techniques to create novel solutions for product development, risk assessment, and customer engagement.
  5. Oversee data management, ensuring data quality and integrity across large datasets.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and adoption of AI/ML solutions.
  7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and generative AI, driving continuous innovation within the team.
  8. Ensure all AI/ML solutions comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Business Alignment & Outcome Metrics
  1. Establish success metrics and KPIs for analytics initiatives with business stakeholders.
  2. Align analytics solutions with strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Technical Leadership & Team Oversight
  1. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data scientists and analysts.
  2. Review and approve analytical models, code, and methodologies to ensure their robustness and scalability.
Qualifications
  1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java; experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  4. Cloud technology expertise, preferably Azure.
  5. Domain knowledge in insurance, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale AI/ML projects from conception to deployment.
