We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineering and AI Strategist to drive innovation in data and AI streams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with technical expertise, exceling in independent consulting and guiding projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Platform Development: Develop and implement highly scalable and reliable data platforms and AI systems, including foundational data pipelines, data lakes, and real-time data streams.
  • MLOps Leadership: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from experimentation and feature engineering to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in a production environment.
  • Mentorship and Code Reviews: Mentor junior engineers, set best practices, and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient code.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and stay current with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, machine learning, and data engineering.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML and data engineering.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing scalable AI systems in a production environment.
  • Proficiency with modern data platforms and tools, such as Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, Flink, Airflow, and Kafka.
  • Strong command of major ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience with large language models and other generative AI technologies is a plus.
