IT Sales Director

Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned IT Sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and building strong relationships with enterprise clients.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT services.
- Identify new market opportunities and create plans to expand the company's footprint in the IT industry.
Team Leadership And Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
Market Research And Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the IT industry.
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
Collaboration With Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and delivery teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and tools to enhance sales performance.
Reporting And Forecasting:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accurate reporting.
Industry Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Build the company's brand and reputation in the IT industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling IT services such as software, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or IT consulting.
- Proficiency in English.
- Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Educational background in business Or IT
