Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and building strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT services.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create plans to expand the company's footprint in the IT industry.

Team Leadership And Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.

Revenue Growth:

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met.

Market Research And Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the IT industry.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.

Collaboration With Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and delivery teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer experience.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and tools to enhance sales performance.

Reporting And Forecasting:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accurate reporting.

Industry Representation:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Build the company's brand and reputation in the IT industry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling IT services such as software, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or IT consulting.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Educational background in business Or IT
