Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to oversee proposal coordination, client relationship management, and revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Coordination

Prepare and share detailed proposals based on client requirements, ensuring timely follow-ups to facilitate quicker decision-making and deal closure.

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for post-sales interactions, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Renewals, Upselling & Cross-Selling

Track and ensure timely contract renewals to maintain business continuity, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or client servicing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide strategic business solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
