This is a leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end product roadmap of trading experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech, trading, and investing, as well as a strong understanding of financial markets and retail trading behavior.
Main Responsibilities:- Define short- and long-term product vision aligned with business growth and user impact.
- Prioritize features across usability, performance, depth of trading tools, AI/ML-powered insights, and real-time decision-making.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to build high-performing and stable products.
- Use data to drive product decisions designing experiments, measuring impact, and iterating quickly.
- Engage deeply with users and stay updated on market, regulatory, and tech trends in fintech and capital markets.
- Mentor and grow a team of high-performing product managers.
- 8-12 years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or people management role.
- Strong experience in fintech, trading, investing, or adjacent domains.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, retail trading behavior, and B2C mobile-first product ecosystems.
- Proven ability to ship high-quality, high-velocity products in fast-paced environments.
- A user-obsessed mindset backed by strong data intuition, experimentation rigor, and product thinking.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills comfortable interfacing with founders, tech, design, and business teams.
- Academic background in engineering, economics, finance, or similar.
- MBA or postgrad from Tier-1 institutes is a plus.
