Job Description

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for defining and executing the engineering roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals. You will drive a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement by overseeing software architecture, infrastructure, and security best practices.

You will optimize engineering efficiency, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. To achieve this, you will implement automation, DevOps, and scalability best practices to enhance platform reliability. Additionally, you will foster a strong engineering discipline with a focus on microservices, cloud-native solutions, and data security.

Furthermore, you will ensure the adoption of best-in-class technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive development efficiency. You will also define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive business growth. This includes translating customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into actionable product strategies.

Establishing a robust product development lifecycle is essential to ensure high-impact, data-driven decision-making. You will champion UX and design thinking, ensuring seamless, user-friendly experiences across all products. Monitoring and analysing product performance, making data-driven decisions for iterative improvements is also a key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing technology teams.
  • Deep expertise in modern software development, cloud computing, microservices, and security.
  • Strong understanding of fintech, banking, or payments industry is a plus.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value and strategic impact.
  • 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong background in engineering and product management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of fintech, banking, or payments industry is a plus.
  • B.Tech/M. Tech in computer science, information technology, or a related field & MBA from a Tier 1 school would be a bonus
