Job Title: Data Engineering Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our data engineering efforts in the healthcare sector. As a Data Engineering Leader, you will drive innovative technology solutions addressing critical challenges in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade multi-agent platforms leveraging large language models (LLMs) and industry standards.
  • Drive the strategic vision for data pipelines, data warehousing, and data lake solutions, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure data infrastructure for analytics and AI initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership on healthcare trends, data governance, data quality, AI adoption, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Spearhead workforce transformation programs to enable seamless adoption of AI and generative AI technologies across the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities in healthcare technology.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote the firm's technology vision and offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven executive leadership experience in data engineering, preferably within healthcare or related fields.
  • Expertise in healthcare domains such as integrated care, Medicare Advantage, RCM, payment integrity, and value-based care.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data interoperability standards, especially FHIR, and AI applications in healthcare.
  • Demonstrated expertise in large-scale data engineering, including experience with big data technologies, cloud-native data platforms, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing/data lake architectures.
  • Experience leading teams in building complex, scalable platforms using AI/ML technologies and enterprise-grade software solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through technology innovation and strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and thought leadership skills.
  • Passionate about workforce development and driving digital transformation at scale.
