Director of Undergraduate Business Programs

- Develop a comprehensive vision for undergraduate programs that drives academic excellence and student engagement.
- Lead the development of academic advising, student services, orientation, and retention initiatives that promote student success.
- Collaborate with cluster heads, department chairs, curriculum committees, and career services to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Manage student mentoring programs that provide personalized support and guidance.
- Leverage special initiatives such as recruitment events to enhance program visibility and appeal.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Ph.D. in Management or Economics with a proven track record of academic administration.
- 5-10 years of experience in undergraduate academic administration, with a strong focus on leadership and communication.
