Visionary Leader for Undergraduate Business Programs

The position of Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Programs demands strategic and operational leadership to ensure a high-quality, cohesive academic and co-curricular experience for all undergraduate business students.
This role aligns institutional priorities with program delivery, supports continuous assessment, and fosters student success by reporting directly to the Associate Dean of Academics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive vision for undergraduate programs.
- Oversee academic advising, student services, orientation, retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with cluster heads, department chairs, curriculum committees, career services.
- Manage student mentoring programs.
- Lead special initiatives such as recruitment events.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- PhD in Management or Economics
- 3-5 years of experience in undergraduate academic administration
- Strong leadership and communication skills
