Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cluster heads, department chairs, curriculum committees, and career services to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Manage the student mentoring program to foster growth and development.
  • Lead special initiatives such as recruitment events to enhance the overall student experience.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • PhD in Management or Economics.
  • 5–10 years of experience in undergraduate academic administration.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
