Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven GM Sales professional to lead our city sales vertical. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding the customer base and increasing sales revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
• Sales Operations: Take ownership of sales operations in the city, focusing on growth through expanded customer base and increased sales revenue
• Channel Partner Management: Develop strong relationships with key channel partners, building a high-performing network aligned with business objectives
• Strategic Sales Planning: Create and implement city-specific sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, prioritizing new customer acquisition, business retention, and optimizing sales processes
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing the necessary tools, training, and motivation for success
• Collaboration Across Functions: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and marketing initiatives supporting business objectives
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate businesses, associations, and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for high-value customers
• Business Intelligence and Market Expansion: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, implementing strategies to capture market share and drive business growth in the city
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership, using data and insights to refine strategies and improve results
