Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Yardi software, with at least 3 years of experience in a real estate or property management setting.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial analysis principles within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Additional Requirements:

B.Com/M.Com/CA/CPA/CFA degree with minimum 2-3 years of corporate experience, preferably from reputable companies.
