Drive business growth and financial excellence as a pivotal member of our organization, responsible for strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting.

This senior leadership role entails overseeing the development and enforcement of financial plans, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, accounting, or economics, coupled with experience in managing teams and implementing financial systems. A CA qualification is mandatory, and experience with Big 4 auditors and ERP implementation is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and enforcing the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborating with department heads to create departmental budgets and ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
  • Evaluating financial performance against budget and providing variance analysis to drive improvement.
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Overseeing internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. They will also have a strong understanding of US GAAP and Indian GAAP, including IndAS accounting standards, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
