Job Title: Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Executive to join our team in financial management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in tax compliance and financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Filing of tax returns (sales tax, income tax, and other tax filings)
  • Tax credit claims and reconciliation with financial statements
  • Monitoring tax notices and ensuring timely responses and compliance
  • Assisting in tax audits and liaising with consultants or auditors
  • Keeping abreast of changes in tax laws and implementing necessary changes in filing procedures
  • Finalization and recording of sales transactions and related accounting activities
  • B2B accounts receivable reconciliation
  • Performing regular reconciliation of customer accounts against sales, payments, credit notes, and tax filings
  • Tracking and following up on outstanding invoices with the sales and collections teams
  • Reconciling B2B invoices with tax portal entries for ITC validation
  • Resolving mismatches between financial statements and tax portal entries
  • Coordinating with internal departments (sales, billing, operations) for dispute resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in ERP Tally
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
