As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full spectrum of our accounting operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to handle multi-entity accounting, consolidations, compliance, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Zoho Books and be capable of handling complex financial tasks with accuracy and precision. You will also be responsible for preparing and finalizing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets and forecasts.

In addition, you will manage cash flows and working capital effectively, perform accurate bank reconciliations and vendor/client reconciliations, and monitor accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups. You will also ensure compliance with taxation, statutory filings, and audit requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.com)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end accounting operations, preferably using Zoho Books or similar cloud-based accounting software
  • Strong proficiency in Zoho Books (or equivalent accounting software)
  • Working knowledge of taxation laws, statutory compliance, and audit processes
  • Familiarity with MIS reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control techniques
  • Ability to prepare accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in process improvement, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing best practices
