Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Financial Accounting based in Vadodara. The Head of Financial Accounting will be responsible for overseeing all financial accounting activities, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing and enhancing the financial reporting process, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The person will ensure timely recocilation of all accounts with branches/ buyers / e-commerce platforms / gst / etc .The person will also be resposible for all statuary compliance gst , tds , income tax proffesional tax and others . will be responsible for timely submission of all returns tax payment attending assesment procedure with various departments etc. The role also involves analyzing financial data, managing accounting records, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The individual will work closely with senior management to provide insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
  • Strong background in Accounting and Finance
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Should have worked on SAP and having experience of handling large amount of data
  • Should have atleast 10 to 15 years of experience in accounting
  • must have worked with any mid size company as head of accounts and having experience of handling the department independently
  • a C.A. degree will be preffered but not compulsary
