Leadership Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Leadership Development Executive to drive the growth and success of our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to elevate leaders and inspire wellness in India's fast-evolving corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product & tech strategies, building web + mobile product roadmaps (MVP → scale).
  • Build and lead a small engineering team, driving architecture, CI/CD, cloud ops, and security.
  • Ship customer-facing features: booking & payments, itinerary builder, psychometric assessments, content/LMS delivery, user profiles, and dashboards.
  • Integrate payment gateways, calendar & travel APIs, Zoom/meeting tools, CRM & analytics.
  • Drive operational excellence: automate ops, SLAs, vendor portals, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Be the technical voice in investor pitches and partner meetings – create demos, MVP prototypes, and technical sections of pitch decks.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years building product startups/platforms (full-stack + DevOps experience).
  • Strong frontend + backend experience (React/Next, React Native/Flutter or equivalent; Node.js/Django/Go).
  • Cloud + infra: AWS/GCP experience, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab), monitoring.
  • Experience integrating payments, calendars, video SDKs, and CRMs.
  • Comfortable building demos & pitching tech to investors/partners.
  • Strong operations mindset – process, automation, vendor & SLA management.
  • Founder/owner mentality, high ownership, excellent communication.
