Backend Software Engineer Position

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and skilled individual with excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and have outstanding leadership qualities.

Responsibilities :

- Translate complex technical requirements into functional product features.

- Collaborate with developers as a team lead to manage products from conceptualization to realization.

- Deliver high-quality code for interactive web and mobile products.

- Continuously improve products through innovation and learning.

- Develop features for complex distributed transaction processing systems.

- Implement automated tests that meet coding standards.

- Debug production issues and create mitigation plans.

- Optimize existing implementation performance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and explore ways to leverage them to improve the product.

Requirements :

- 5-7 years of experience as a Backend developer.

- Experience in Node.JS, NestJS, GraphQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, unit testing, TDD, object-oriented design, data structures, complexity analysis, CI/CD environment, Agile Development (SCRUM methodology), JIRA, Git, Bitbucket, Mercurial, SVN, Elasticsearch ELK stack.
