Job Title: Fraud Investigator Lead

This role is responsible for providing critical support to Investigation & Loss Mitigation teams by leveraging data, machine learning models, and AI technology.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing analytical skills and common sense to drive great solutions. The successful candidate should be passionate about fraud, self-motivated, and have the ability to challenge status quo and leverage best practices.

  • Hands-on experience in data analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Data mining and analytics skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and deploy predictive models to forecast potential risks.
  • Create data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.
System Validations
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency.
  • Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
People Management
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their skills.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop training programs.

Educational Qualifications:

  1. M.Sc in Statistics, Economics, or Engineering degree or Professional education in Data Science.
  2. Good knowledge of Python, R, SQL, MS Excel, and SQL database & coding.
  3. At least a bachelor's degree in mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics.
