Role Summary:
Clinical Training SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Training Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating clinical training programs for nursing staff.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in training and development. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of nurses.
- Design and deliver structured training programs covering clinical protocols, bedside care, and patient safety practices.
- Conduct skill-building sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training to foster hands-on expertise.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality frameworks to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify training needs and gaps.
- Prepare training content, manuals, digital modules, and assessment tools to support effective learning.
- Track and report training outcomes to ensure measurable improvements in nursing competencies.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (4-year program) from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Minimum 7+ years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a training-focused role.
- Prior experience in a tertiary care hospital or equivalent NABH-accredited institutions is highly preferred.
This role requires strong knowledge of clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and patient care, as well as demonstrated expertise in creating and executing training programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills are essential. Proficiency in using digital tools for training, assessments, and reporting is necessary. The ability to handle diverse groups of nurses and foster continuous learning is critical for success in this role.
