Job Title: Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, and Retrospective meetings.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth team collaboration
  • Coaching teams on Agile principles and best practices
  • Identifying and removing impediments to team progress
  • Maintaining a high level of situational awareness to anticipate and address potential issues
  • Developing and maintaining ADO dashboards to track key Agile performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a distributed team.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Scrum Master
  • Excellent hands-on and understanding of SAFe Agile and ADO board
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Technology, preferably SharePoint 2019
  • Strong knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Good skills and knowledge of Agile Estimating and planning techniques
  • In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting
