Agile Transformation Specialist

Embark on a journey to optimize team efficiency and drive product development with our Agile transformation program.

Job Description:

We seek an experienced Agile practitioner to facilitate the adoption of SAFe principles and Agile methodologies across multiple teams within our organization. As a key member of our Agile Release Train (ART), you will work closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Product Managers to ensure seamless alignment and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Planning Increment (PI) events, Scrum ceremonies, and other Agile-related meetings.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize backlog items and ensure sprint goals are met.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • 2+ years working in a SAFe environment, preferably within an Agile Release Train.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile transformations in complex product development environments.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM / SASM).
  • Background in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.
