Job Title: Enterprise Agile Coach

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Agile Coach to join our Data Management Operations team. As an Enterprise Agile Coach, you will play a key role in guiding and coaching teams on Agile methodologies and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as an Agile Coach within enterprise environments, preferably in application development, enterprise migrations, or data warehouse/data engineering Agile teams. You will need to possess excellent knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

The team focuses on ensuring on-time delivery for large enterprise data warehouse migration projects that are sunsetting Teradata and moving the environment into Azure data warehouse. This team spans across Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Data Science lines of business.

A successful candidate will need to be able to navigate between teams seamlessly, handling changing priorities and deliverables with ease. Project work involves a blend of onshore and offshore developers, requiring efficient time management and effective collaboration skills.

This position is 100% remote in India and requires someone to work 8 hours between 10am IST – 10 pm IST.

  • Experience as an Agile Coach in an enterprise level software release environment (ideally 5+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and/or SAFe frameworks and best practices
  • Prior experience working in a Data Analytics organization and/or managing data engineering/data science teams, BI, data warehousing, or cloud (more Paas or SaaS) migrations
  • Proficient in ADO
  • Basic SQL skills (will accept proficiency in MS access)
  • Experience in Azure cloud preferred; will accept expertise in alternate cloud providers
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Proactive in approach

  • Agile certified or SCRUM Certified or SAFE Certified
  • IT Project Manager expertise (focus in SW development)
  • Working knowledge of MS Azure stack (Databricks, Data Factory, etc)
