Team you'll be working with :

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and

attracting top-tier talent that aligns with the specific requirements outlined by

Hiring Managers/ Stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to search for and

engage potential candidates from various job boards, professional networks, and

online platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers/ Stakeholders to understand the specific qualifications, skills, and experience required for each open position.
  • Utilize job boards, such as Indeed and , as well as other relevant platforms, to search for potential candidates.
  • Craft and refine search queries to target potential candidates more effectively.
  • Review and analyze candidate profiles, resumes, and online profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates through messaging platforms, emails, or other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles and departments.
  • Screen potential candidates through phone or preliminary interviews to assess their suitability and interest.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with overall talent acquisition goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers/ Stakeholders and the Recruitment team on candidate sourcing progress

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work on multiple systems and various applications simultaneously
  • Seeking candidates with IT recruitment experience
  • 2 – 6 years relevant work experience
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail or other similar software
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, ambiguous work environment
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
