About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile project coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analyst Duties:

  • Work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
  • Develop process flows, data mappings, and documentation.
  • Support data quality initiatives and help define governance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
