Senior Professional for Lifecycle Services

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Professional for Lifecycle Services.

This role is focused on providing top-notch services to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality and implement changes to achieve excellent results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Lifecycle Services, with a focus on customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Excellent knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and hands-on experience with commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in PC skills and application software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites or other service locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with power plant customers.
  • Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance contracts on DCS/PLC.
  • Understanding of customer need and translating it into technical solutions.
