Customer Success Manager Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer success and project management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding performance targets.

This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

  • Technical experience in the cybersecurity field with good analytical and project management skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Ability to identify problems and address them internally to drive resolution with tech support team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Serving as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
  2. Helping customers develop success plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and providing guidance in achieving these objectives.
  3. Collaborating with Account management teams to secure contract renewals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:

  • Customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Contract renewal rates.
  • Upsell/cross-sell revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be results-driven, proactive, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
