About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Customer Officer to lead our customer experience initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer experience and account management activities, leading sales, project management, and business development efforts, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective customer experience strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead sales and business development efforts to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
- Manage and optimize customer experience processes to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Provide strong leadership and communication skills to the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Experience
- Sales and Business Development expertise
- Project Management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
Work Environment: This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram.
