Transforming Healthcare through Innovative Design

We're on a mission to deliver personalized care and simplify health insurance products. To achieve this, we need a seasoned Lead Product Designer who can craft end-to-end AI-first interfaces that support doctors in delivering exceptional care.

About the Role
  • Craft user-centred designs for multiple platforms (web for doctors, mobile for patients/customers) that balance user needs, clinical protocols, and business goals.
  • Apply strategic thinking and systems-level design to define delightful and accessible user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists, and insurance specialists to validate hypotheses and ensure successful execution.

Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in product/interaction design, with a deep understanding of user-centred design principles and systems thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of AI-assisted workflows, conversational UI, adaptive dashboards, and other emerging technologies that transform healthcare.
  • Own the design craft from low-fidelity sketches to polished UI and micro-interactions; ensure accessibility and compliance with medical and insurance regulations.
  • Define and evangelize design principles, frameworks, and processes that improve efficiency and consistency across our products.
