Financial Management Role

The Finance Manager will lead and oversee all financial management activities, including strategic planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow for the organization.

This role requires collaboration with leadership to drive financial efficiency, support strategic decisions, and ensure regulatory compliance in India.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations: budgeting, spending, cash flow, and financial analysis to maintain financial health.
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts for management to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee vendor, client, and employee payments, salary processing, and expense reimbursements with proper documentation and records.
  • Ensure statutory compliance: timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and coordination with auditors for internal and external audits to minimize risks.
  • Conduct financial planning and cost optimization; analyze income and expense tracking to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive payment follow-ups, maintain receivables/payables tracker, and handle banking and office visits as necessary to streamline processes.
  • Implement and maintain financial processes using ERP, Tally, SAP, and Excel to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide actionable financial insights to leadership for effective decision-making to drive business growth.
  • Liaise with banks, consultants, and other external agencies as required to facilitate transactions and communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA or MBA (Finance) preferred for advanced knowledge and skills.
  • Minimum 3–6 years' experience in finance management roles, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries for relevant expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESI) for compliance and risk management.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling for data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines for timely delivery and results.
