Job Title: Chief Innovation Officer

This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional technical expertise to shape the future of a pioneering financial technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a robust architecture for risk management, incorporating data contracts, graph databases, and rules engines.
  • Develop a secondary platform for aggregating and normalizing financial instruments, enhancing data integrity and scalability.
  • Lead the development of an AI/ML engine for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) analysis, integrating telemetry hooks and minimal ontology.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to establish security standards, create compliance documents, and integrate third-party services.
Expected Deliverables:
  1. A functional graph and rules demo on sample cohorts within 30 days.
  2. A secondary platform UI showcasing normalized financial instruments within 30 days.
  3. An ESG report mockup for a pilot invoice within 30 days.
  4. Score APIs live with cached features, integrations v1, and ops console v1 within 60 days.
  5. Compliance guardrails page, risk lenses, and exporter: DFI-ready one-pager per pilot within 60 days.
  6. Two external pilots technically supportable, secondary platform catalog live with 100+ normalized line items, and ESG reports accepted by at least one reviewer within 60 days.
  7. Production SLA, monitoring, and data lifecycle within 90 days.
  8. Two pilots running on production rails, secondary platform used internally for research & partner briefings, and ESG reports accepted by at least one external reviewer within 90 days.
