Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Finance Manager. The successful candidate will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and management of financial risks.

Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing sound financial policies.

The role also involves supervising the finance team and collaborating with other departments to achieve overall financial objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
  • Expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and planning
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial policies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Experience with financial software and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area
