Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud expert to lead the design and implementation of unified customer data models. This role will be responsible for creating scalable customer data architectures that unify customer data from multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including Data Streams for ingestion, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Identity Resolution.
  • Design and optimize data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business use cases.
  • Integrate Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for end-to-end personalization.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
  • Implement ETL, API, and middleware integrations for large-scale data ingestion.
  • Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
  • Good understanding of Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certifications (preferred): Data Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Platform Developer I/II.
