Job Title: Sr. Operations Executive – GRC

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Operations Executive with expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in ServiceNow administration, particularly in GRC modules, and be able to ensure platform stability, integrations, and compliance processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules, to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Perform DevOps activities such as code deployments across environments, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects, prioritizing resolution and quality assurance.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems, maintaining data consistency and integrity.
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability, upholding data security and access controls.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting, providing critical insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches, minimizing disruptions and optimizing system functionality.
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks, facilitating knowledge sharing and onboarding.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, with a strong focus on GRC module proficiency.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules, demonstrating expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications (Mandatory):
  • ServiceNow CSA
  • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals
  • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes, showcasing technical prowess and adaptability.
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational objectives.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus, indicating advanced technical skills and expertise.
