Senior Operations Specialist

A Senior Operations Specialist is sought after by our company to oversee the successful execution of internal projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing partner ecosystems and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update lists of active certifications.
- Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements.
- Manage and triage help desk requests with clients.
- Coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting on Partner Center metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to the partnership team to drive decision-making.
- Facilitate co-sell versus partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment to protect performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities eligible for PAL or POR attribution.
- Ensure attribution requirements are captured and executed post-contracting.
- Support preparation and execution of QBRs and EBCs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystem.
- Experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
