
Senior Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our clients across the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily and month-end close processes for multiple locations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and merchant deposits, resolving any discrepancies or variances.
- Process payments, credit memos, and vendor statements, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare payroll inputs, reconcile payroll journals, and coordinate with payroll providers.
- At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, including classes/locations, bank rules, and recurring journals.
- Familiarity with at least one point-of-sale system and marketplace/aggregator reconciliations.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP basics, sales tax, payroll journal entries, and multi-state nuances.
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic modeling.
