We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Distribution and Wholesale product group, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency through continuous improvement efforts.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and analytic thinker who thrives on technology advancements and process improvements. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes and technical requirements, as well as ensuring that new solutions are clearly documented and that Subject Matter Experts are adequately trained.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and related integrations, as well as proven ability to analyze complex processes and data sets in order to support and troubleshoot system issues.

You will also be responsible for leading QA efforts by designing and executing regression tests in support of system upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or comparable experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience required.
  • Experience in Distribution and Wholesale sales required.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst in the retail industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to learn and test new business application functionalities.
  • Logical thinker with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
