SAP Vistex Consultant Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Vistex modules for complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP.
  • Apply Vistex best practices for managing rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims.
  • Ensure smooth integration of Vistex solutions with other SAP modules, particularly Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance.
  • Provide guidance and lead workshops to gather requirements and define solutions as a trusted advisor.
  • Document and test the entire process, including unit tests and defect management.
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues within the Vistex solution.
  • Deliver end-user training and support for successful adoption of the Vistex solution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.
  • Hands-on expertise with SAP SD configuration and understanding of its integration with Vistex.
  • Business acumen in rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective.
  • Ability to perform configuration, minor developments, or debugging, including understanding of SAP backend tables.
