Cloud Network Solutions Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Network Solutions Expert to join our team. This individual will act as a subject matter expert for cloud networking and software-defined networking (SDN) technologies.

About the Role
  • Design and document best practice network architectures for integrating cloud platforms with physical and virtual network infrastructures.
  • Guide SDN integration efforts across multiple vendor and open-source platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership & Advisory:
    • Provide expert network design and troubleshooting guidance for cloud deployments.
    • Partner with engineering teams to address network architecture challenges and influence product design for better interoperability.
  • Solution Design & Integration:
    • Design and document best practice network architectures for integrating cloud platforms with physical and virtual network infrastructures.
    • Guide SDN integration efforts across multiple vendor and open-source platforms.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Develop internal best practice guides for network design, deployment, and troubleshooting in cloud environments.
    • Create customer-facing documentation to support network planning and implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
    • Stay current with advancements in cloud networking, SDN, and network function virtualization (NFV).
    • Work with engineering teams to propose new features and enhancements for improved network integration and automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of enterprise networking experience, including design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with firewall-as-a-service (FWaaS), VPN-as-a-service (VPNaaS), and load balancer-as-a-service (LBaaS) solutions.
  • Expertise in routing, switching, VLANs, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, and related protocols.
