Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this role is $160,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities
This role involves:

  • Identifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects through effective communication and relationship management
  • Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products or services
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying potential bottlenecks
  • Forecasting sales revenue and providing accurate sales reports

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 4+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
