About the Job

Your key responsibilities involve assessing timesheets and expenses received, conducting thorough reviews, working closely with sales/contractors for corrections, and receiving timely approvals from clients and sharing them with the payroll teams as per the required filing convention for further processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific checklists.
  • Review expense sheets, verify receipts, and ensure final amount tallies.
  • Communicate directly with contractors or sales teams for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts submitted.
  • Manage payroll-related queries by analyzing data and preparing in-depth overviews of issues.
  • Ensure all emails received in shared inboxes are processed in line with deadlines and urgency levels. Respond to emails within at least 24 hours or receipt.
  • Save expense sheets and receipts according to filing conventions required by Payroll teams and seek approvals from clients/managers without impacting turnaround time.
  • Work according to the payroll schedule to prevent delays in payments.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by managers.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve the efficiency of timesheet and expense review processes.
