Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Delivery Manager to drive product and technology programs.

This role will manage high-priority, high-profile programs and work closely with engineering and product leaders to drive critical programs in the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs to ensure successful delivery of large, high-impact, and highly cross-functional programs.
  • Develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives.
  • Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.
  • Ensure cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules, communications, and releases to all stakeholders.
  • Provide reporting on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

About this role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with our engineering and product management teams to drive collaboration and ensure that we are delivering value to our customers.
