Program Delivery Manager
">About the Role:- Lead and facilitate planning, system demos, and Agile ceremonies to ensure seamless delivery of complex financial systems.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing conflicts.
- Maintain alignment of delivery objectives across front-to-back functions, including technology, operations, and business teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity, promoting best practices in scaling frameworks like SAFe.
- Provide transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress for senior stakeholders, fostering open communication.
- Support change and release management processes for highly regulated systems.
- Minimum 12 years of IT experience, with at least 3-5 years as a Program Manager or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Proven track record of running large-scale Agile Release Trains using SAFe or equivalent methodologies.
- Experience working with critical financial systems, preferably Murex or similar trading/risk platforms.
- In-depth understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
