PLC Training Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished PLC Training Specialist to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of industrial automation education.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for someone with extensive experience in designing and delivering live training sessions on PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, and related systems. You will be responsible for creating high-quality training content and leading impactful live sessions that cater to aspiring engineers and working professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Training Content: Create advanced PLC programs and develop comprehensive training materials on PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), SCADA, HMI, and related systems.
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with teams worldwide to ensure seamless, high-quality learning experiences.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously update training modules with the latest advancements in AI, Industry 4.0, VR, and IIoT.
  • Lead Live Training Sessions: Deliver engaging, practical sessions on PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, and related systems.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess technical mastery, including proven expertise in PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000, etc.) and solid command of SCADA/HMI systems. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and public speaking skills, as well as a strong background in control systems, industrial networks, and IIoT.
