Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced professional to design and deliver comprehensive training programs on industrial automation, validation practices, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation tools, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems, as well as regulatory knowledge and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs for professionals in the field of industrial automation.
  • Provide expert instruction on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems, including Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and other automation platforms.
  • Train participants on pharma validation processes, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, and global regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct sessions on 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and GxP requirements.
  • Deliver practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems.
  • Mentor and guide participants on industry best practices, preparing them for real-world challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in industrial automation tools, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS (Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and others).
  • Strong understanding of validation expertise, pharma validation, equipment qualification, process validation, computerized system validation (CSV).
  • Regulatory knowledge, FDA, EMA, cGMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity.
  • Technical skills, automation integration, troubleshooting, instrumentation, optimization.
