Job Title: Investment Professional

We are seeking a skilled Investment Professional to manage investment operations. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis and be able to perform deal evaluations, loan portfolio assessments, historical performance reviews, price modeling, credit facilities, forecast modeling, cumulative collections curves, runoff models, and other specialty finance opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Evaluations: Conduct market research, summarize qualitative and quantitative aspects of the deal, and perform performance analysis and valuation support.
  • Loan Portfolio Assessments: Monitor covenants, audit support, and review draw requests for compliance.
  • Historical Performance Reviews: Pull/request portfolio tapes and Borrowing Base Certificates (BBCs) on Excel and data agent systems, review portfolio tapes and BBCs, cleanse/standardize data, and flag abnormalities.
  • Price Modeling: Develop internal procedures of the aforementioned processes and help manage and maintain standardized formats and dealroom folders.
  • Credit Facilities: Request information from counterparties such as company financials, bank balances, and perform data and calculation audits on a rotating quarterly schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in investment operations, with a strong skill set in both quantitative and qualitative areas. They will also have good written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
