Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead our team as a Store Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be open to adaptability, and have a proven track record in sales and customer-facing roles.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience and Sales:

    • Deliver exceptional customer interactions, foster long-term relationships, and ensure timely responses to queries.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, driving sales and resolving customer issues effectively.

  • EC Operations and Administration:

    • Oversee daily store operations, including accounting, financial data management, vendor relationships, and inventory control.
    • Maintain accurate records, manage logistics, and process merchandise deliveries efficiently.

  • Team Management and Training:

    • Lead and schedule staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
    • Recruit, train, and manage team members, setting clear expectations and driving performance while adhering to HR policies.

  • Sales Reporting and Continuous Improvement:

    • Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance sales, productivity, and profitability.
    • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to optimize store performance.

  • Visual Merchandising and EC Presentation:

    • Ensure adherence to visual merchandising and store communication standards.
    • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and presentation, and execute brand directives.

  • EC Asset Management:

    • Manage and monitor store inventory, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure display merchandise availability.
    • Conduct regular asset checks.

  • Candidate Profile:

    • Proven experience in retail sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly.
    • Open to adapting to a dynamic environment and problem-solving.
    • Strong ability to collaborate with others and drive team goals forward.
