We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead our team as a Store Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be open to adaptability, and have a proven track record in sales and customer-facing roles.
- Main Responsibilities:
Client Experience and Sales:
- Deliver exceptional customer interactions, foster long-term relationships, and ensure timely responses to queries.
- Act as a brand ambassador, driving sales and resolving customer issues effectively.
EC Operations and Administration:
- Oversee daily store operations, including accounting, financial data management, vendor relationships, and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate records, manage logistics, and process merchandise deliveries efficiently.
Team Management and Training:
- Lead and schedule staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Recruit, train, and manage team members, setting clear expectations and driving performance while adhering to HR policies.
Sales Reporting and Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance sales, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to optimize store performance.
Visual Merchandising and EC Presentation:
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising and store communication standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and presentation, and execute brand directives.
EC Asset Management:
- Manage and monitor store inventory, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure display merchandise availability.
- Conduct regular asset checks.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in retail sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly.
- Open to adapting to a dynamic environment and problem-solving.
- Strong ability to collaborate with others and drive team goals forward.
