  • Monitor and manage cash, store expenses and budgets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving store performance.
  • Maintain MIS and matrices as per the business requirement.
  • Lead, develop and engage staff to achieve business goals.
