Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a highly knowledgeable and motivated Overseas Sales Consultant to promote and sell our services to clients located abroad. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and customer service, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in the HR industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients globally to promote our services
  • Bulld and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Knowledge of the HR industry and international job market
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
